What we collect
When you order goods via our web site, we need to know your name and
a delivery address. This information enables us to process your orders.
We do not collect any information regarding your payment. All transactions
are undertaken through PayPal and all information collected is subject to

to contact you if there is any problem fulfilling your order and to keep you
up to date with further publications by email or telephone.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we need your e-mail address, which
we use to send the information you requested.

Returns policy
If, for any reason, you need to return any items purchased from us,
please do so by using the following procedure within fourteen days of
purchase.

The items to be returned must be packed carefully, and securely, as
Constructive Interactions Ltd. cannot accept back, or be held responsible
for any damages incurred during the return postage. We strongly recommend
that you insure the package to the value of the goods enclosed.
The entire returns process must be completed within fourteen (14) days
of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Only the cost of the item purchased will be refunded (no postage costs
will be refunded)
